Role :
We are looking for a candidate with strong industry experience in Utility markets, specifically Advanced Metering. Candidate needs to provide consulting and functional leadership in the above areas. Also the person would be expected to help in building internal domain competency with in this space. Exposure to IT is an added advantage.
Responsibilities :
Reporting to Practice Lead and to Project Managers:

Provide consulting and functional leadership for the services provided for projects in Utilities / AMI domain.
- Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the problem statements
- Produce detailed business change, systems requirements, and process flow documentation
- Facilitate and document business requirements and business cases
- Building domain competencies and manage knowledge.
- Work closely with IT teams in domain knowledge ramp-ups
- Provide functional leadership in development/ implementation/maintenance projects
- Proactively understand challenges and issues. Make recommendations to improve functional solutions and workflows.
- Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements
- Provide Subject Matter expertise in specific Utilities / AMI product space.
Qualification : Bachelor Degree in any engineering branch
Experience/Skills :
- Greater than 8 years’ experience
- Strong Utilities’ domain experience
- Deep Knowledge in Advanced Metering/ Meter Data Management
- Good understanding of Utility markets, specifically Advanced Metering
- Hands on experience in metering systems implementation and integration
- Should have played Lead role in major implementation of AMI/ Metering Pilot or program
- Must have exposure to Sales and Marketing processes
- Extremely good interpersonal communications and analytical ability
- Preferably Authored papers in relevant topics, made presentations at conferences
- Strong soft skills required
