The global consulting team is recruiting highly motivated individuals in its Industry Services global practice. The Industry Services practice delivers world-class solutions to the Government, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. Its team of domain specialists imparts a broad and informed view of the competitive marketplace, a keen sense of the industry’s evolution, a working knowledge of the industry’s products, services and value propositions. We intend to capitalize on the tremendous market opportunity in such industries and plans to use this position as a key resource in building a high-impact, lasting and profitable presence in the marketplace.

Job Summary

The GTM lead will be a key member of our Consulting team. The GTM lead will be accountable for leading the overall consulting process, from market and account planning through delivery and wrap-up. This includes assessing priorities, identifying activities and dependencies, plotting timelines and milestones and managing resources strategically to pursue identified opportunities in each account.

As an experienced member of the team, the GTM lead is expected to provide thought leadership and manage proactive account strategy and planning and market service offerings. In addition, the GTM lead should oversee continuous review of MEGA, GAMA and must-have accounts, identifying opportunities and ensuring that appropriate WCS competencies are aligned to address such opportunities. The GTM lead is also tasked with leading quality and review processes with key stakeholders to verify relevancy and growth potential of selected opportunities and address gaps when necessary. 10 to 20 years of professional experience in the Technology industry or management consulting experience focused on Technology engagements along with sales contribution and team leadership experience is instrumental.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio of services of GAMA accounts in the Minnesota area
  • Lead account teams and business development managers on pursuing business opportunities
  • Lead proactive account strategy and planning
  • Lead proactive marketing of service offerings
  • Identify opportunities’ risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Play senior advisory role to clients and lead delivery teams
  • Identify client’s competitive landscape and business potential in the market
  • Oversee large-scale initiatives & strategic projects
  • Develop and maintain strong client relations with senior and C-level executives, develop new insights into business process management issues, and deliver actionable, high-impact results.
  • Motivate and lead team to deliver revenue targets and business results
  • Plan and ensure project execution is well within aggressive timelines
  • Contribute thought capital through creation of executive presentations and position papers

  • Facilitation skills
    Experience leading and facilitating workshops, negotiation and team building for a wide range of resources from diverse stakeholders through management are a critical success factor.

Qualifications

  • 10-12 years domain experience in the Retail, Manufacturing and Health and Life Sciences industry
  • Engagement management experience at a top tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Booz-Allen Hamilton, Big 4 consulting firm, top-tier systems integrator) is required.
  • Powerful verbal / written / presentation / facilitation / communication skills
  • Experience leading teams, collaborates well with teams
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent client presence
  • Expertise in technology and business initiatives
  • Experience as a contributor / participant in sales activities - proposals, etc.

Location / Travel:

  • Extensive travel (domestic or international) may be required.
  • We offer flexible work locations, in most cases with proximity to major offices in New York, New Jersey, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, Dallas, Seattle, and Mountain View. Potential European base locations would include London and Paris.
