Compensation : BASE: $110K - $120K + BONUS: 20%

Professional background

  • MBA with 8-10 years of experience or 10-12 years of business experience
  • Experience with premier IT firm e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, IBM,EDS
  • At least 6-8 years of IT industry experience either in a sales or project management role
  • Experience in managing multi-million G2000 accounts or situations
  • Off shoring expertise (at least 2-3 years of experience). Familiar with the GDM model

Knowledge and skills

  • Strong technology knowledge and fluency with trends in the IT industry
  • Clear industry expertise and able to deal with senior executives on industry trends
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with CXO executives
  • Able to handle multi-cultural environments and global customers
  • Very strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent people leadership skills with demonstrated entrepreneurial drive
  • Able to assemble and motivate multiple teams

Should be capable of currently playing Engagement Manager role in $25m+ account

.Relationship development expertise
Cold calling expertise or development of a relationship that was not cultivated from someone else.

Sales process expertise
Front line selling experience or been involved with multiple sales processes from inception to closing and have appreciation of account implementation experience.

Large account management expertise
Has had responsibility for running a large account or company wide program. Must demonstrate expertise in people management experience as well as problem definition/problem solutions expertise

Consulting selling expertise
Demonstrated ability to develop an idea within the customer environment while developing a relationship and bring in closed revenue.

Training expertise
A demonstrated ability in the mentoring or development of people not directly working for them
