Overall objective
The development and implementation of marketing strategies related to Alliance Marketing. This position directs the activities of company’s strategic Alliance marketing relations and has overall responsibility of maximizing these relationships by strategic and tactical execution of all Alliance marketing projects.
Specific responsibilities
- Lead, enhance and grow our strategic alliance programs to improve the company brand image in an effort to further build the brand, create new business opportunities and drive client acquisition and retention.
- Create an overall marketing strategies and plans for our top three alliances, SAP, Microsoft and Oracle.
- Develop key relationships with strategic partners that result in innovative marketing programs. Through these relationships, build brand value and provide compelling business-building opportunities for the company.
- Working with internal partners, leverage existing relationships and create partner relationships benefiting company and its members.
- Develop, execute and track the effectiveness of marketing programs that company implements with its alliance partners.
The ideal candidate must have:
- At least 5 years experience in alliance marketing, marketing program management, product marketing, and/or channel marketing.
- In-depth alliance/partner marketing experience with, or at, companies such as Cisco, HP, or Microsoft.
- Proven success in planning and driving worldwide marketing campaigns, preferably in Enterprise IT hardware or software industry, at companies such as Microsoft.
- Excellent project management skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams to complete objectives on time and within budget.
- Must be highly self-motivated individual.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise IT mindset, products, and sales channels.
- International marketing experience.
- Excellent writing, editing, content development, and project management skills
- Strong dedication to teamwork and to the growth and success of the company
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred, BS required
