Must Have Skills :
- Assumes P/L responsibility at an account level
- Should have 15-18 years of experience in IT services selling.
- Strong knowledge of global deliver model (GDM) and off shoring process and methodologies, and familiarity with various service lines.
- Ability to interact and present at C- levels or Board level if needed, and have consultative selling capability.
- Ability to collaboratively work with other teams in various service lines.
- Ability to manage multi-cultural teams in a similar organization.
- Travel to different client locations - within US and across the world if needed for expanding our footprint in other geographies.
- Experience in delivering large solutions in GDM, sales or pre-sales roles will be required
- Should have managed a multi-million USD account, across various geographies.
Job Description :
- Onsite Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the CXO level.
- Carry Revenue target and OM soft target which include order bookings.
- Get involved in resolving any people management issue within team
- Identifying and grooming team members of the onsite team into future leaders.
- Facilitating Delivery team to present delivery successes in strong and positive way and growing the account
- Generating leads from onsite by interacting with the customers in various lines of business for service lines.
- Presenting and publishing the proposals (proactive ones as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
- Interacting with Procurement and Supplier relationship team from customer organization and maintain smoother flow of contracts, invoices and payments.
- Work closely with senior customer IS team (Board Level, C-Level, VP/Directors) to suggest, advice, evaluate, and prime outsourcing initiatives
