CEM is responsible for managing the following responsibilities in a large account

  1. Revenue growth
  2. Gross Margin management
  3. Executive Relationship Management
  4. Delivery and Escalation Management
  5. Thought Leadership for Solutions, Newer avenues for growth
  6. Leader to the team

Typical profile of the CEM would be

  • 15+ years of experience in IT Industry
  • Strong understanding of the Global Delivery Model
    • Stint with IT Services provider will be preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales
    • Software Services Sales will be preferred
  • 5 + year of experience in Executive Relationship Management
  • Deep understanding of the Banking Industry
    • Stint in Banking Industry Operations or Bank IT will be preferred
  • Program or Portfolio Management experience
  • Exposure to Business Process Outsourcing
