Key Qualifications:
- The Client Partner must understand company methodology, onsite/ offshore delivery process as well as the details of the company's service offerings.
- Client Partners work with Solutions Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to achieve goals with efficacy.
- Establish and manage client relationships with key decision makers.
- Establish and build trust and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals.
- Position Company as a Strategic IT partner and identify avenues for Company to implement IT solutions.
- Responsible for the overall account including work quality and customer satisfaction.
- Client Partners will manage Account and Project Managers to achieve client goals as well as contribute to new business development efforts in other verticals and facilitate those offerings.
- Client Partner should be able to leverage prior experience to bring 'higher value' solution offerings. Must be a big picture thinker and bring a successful track record with building comfortable relationships based on trust and respect. Must know how to build, guide, manage, mentor, motivate and reward teams in addition to set, deliver revenue/profit targets.
- Client Partners must demonstrate ability in dealing with emergencies. They should be comfortable in groups/teams and be able to both lead and follow. He or She must bring top-notch consulting/ relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems and solutions. Client Partners are held accountable against Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines.
Requirements:
- CLIENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE OF IT SERVICES TO ISV CLIENTS
- Bachelors Degree
- Onsite/ Offshore Experience Required
- Sales Success : Proven history of selling IT related services
- P&L : Proven ability to run project P&L ( Top Line and Bottom Line) $20M +
- Leadership and Management : Proven ability to lead and manage multiple or large and distributed teams (teams of 30 or more)
- Vertical Focus : Strong Vertical understanding and account relationships in Hi-Tech ISV market
- Experience with accounts such as Oracle, VMWare, Citrix Systems, McAfee, Adobe
