Locations: East Coast
Compensation: BASE: $200K + Bonus
Position Type: Full-Time Employment

Job Description:

Responsible for rapid business expansion within the one the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industries. The Client Partner grows a select client cluster with clearly established top line and bottom line targets. He or she will need to sell new service offerings and solutions to the client cluster in order to achieve this. In Addition the Client Partner must understand company methodology, delivery process as well as the details of the company's service offerings. Client Partners need to work with Solutions Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to achieve goals with efficacy. They are responsible for establishing and managing client relationships with key decision makers. They must be able to establish and build trust and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals. Client Partners are expected to be able to position Company as a Strategic IT partner and identify avenues for Company to implement IT solutions. They are responsible for the overall account. This includes work quality and customer satisfaction. Client Partners will manage Account and Project Manager Combination to achieve client goals as well as contribute to new business development efforts in other verticals and facilitate those offerings. Client Partner should be able to leverage prior experience to bring 'higher value' solution offerings. Must be a big picture thinker and bring a successful track record with building comfortable relationships based on trust and respect. Must know how to build, guide, manage, mentor, motivate and reward teams in addition to set, deliver revenue/profit targets. Client Partners must demonstrate ability in dealing with emergencies. They should be comfortable in groups/teams and be able to both lead and follow. He or She must bring top-notch consulting/ relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems and solutions. Client Partners are held accountable against Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines.

Key Qualifications:

Sales Success: Proven history of selling 8-10 $mm per year of IT related services

P&L: Proven ability to run a P&L (Top Line and Bottom Line)

Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple or large and distributed teams (teams of 30 or more)

Vertical Focus: Strong Vertical understanding and account relationships in Life Sciences/Pharma
