Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director/Program Director to join its insurance team based in NJ/NY. This position will oversee all delivery efforts at an executive level for a key program ($40-$45M) across all LOBs for a significant insurance customer.
This individual is accountable for delivery terms of all engagements, project/account profitability, customer satisfaction, and the quality of customer service. This individual needs to have a balanced mix of business, technology, and large program and change management experience with top-notch CXO-level communication skills.
The Delivery Director should be comfortable in groups/teams and be able to both lead and follow. Must bring top-notch client relationship management skills and a deep knowledge of and expertise in IT tools, techniques, systems and solutions.
In addition, the qualified candidate will possess the following:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a delivery role, with at least 8 years in a delivery management role in IT professional services.
- Experience in the global service delivery model.
- Past experience managing a portfolio of at least $30 million dollars, including reporting and metric assessment for the account.
- Possess insurance domain expertise.
- Strong background in a project environment and application development.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal planes internally and in client organizations.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments.
- BS degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
