We are a provider of technology solutions that are driving the Media & Entertainment industry. We focuse on long-term strategic partnerships with its M&E clients in order to help them transition towards the “Digital Media Enterprise”.

We seek experienced Digital Media Technical Architect for our growing Media & Entertainment practice in the US.

In that role you would work with internal and external media experts in defining, building and implementing innovative solutions for digital media in broadcast, studios and/or publishing. Our core focus is on solutions to monetize digital assets in new media such as web sites and portals as well as IPTV, VoD and via personal handled devices.

This role will also support marketing and sales efforts by providing subject matter expertise and technical solution architectures in meetings and in RFI/RFQs.

You should bring a solid level of experience of at least 5 years in the media related technology systems in production, distribution or in digital content management and you should have professional experience with large scale IT architectures.

We have offices in the Bay Area, LA, Dallas, NYC and Boston but also accept remote/home office locations.

Salary will be based on experience and will consist of a base plus a mixed performance/profit sharing bonus.

Key requirements

  • Experience in Enterprise Applications Architecture definitions and documentation (Java and .net)
  • Architecture and implementation of web based solutions for the internet/intranet – addressing critical Quality of Service requirements, such as Reliability, Availability, Scalability, Performance, Security etc.
  • Experienced in defining SOA roadmap for enterprise IT
  • Understanding of technology challenges specific to media and entertainment including DAM, trans-coding, DRM and content delivery
  • Senior communication skills (C-level technology presentations)
  • Self motivated and enthusiastic
  • Flexible and open to travel (50% incl. some international travel)
  • Team player with positive attitude and excellent communication skills
