Michael A Mark has over 33 years of Executive level experience. He was an Executive at a managed care company, where he took the company from a start up to generating $150M annual revenue. He established a change from a negative performance culture to a service culture and a commitment to quality which was the basis for organizational success. He was also an executive for a regional managed care company employing 1600 people and $600M annual revenue. He created and established health insurance product sales teams that successfully closed 1500 customer accounts representing $500M in annual revenue. Including major national accounts, GM, Ford, Chrysler, and K-mart. As an Executive for a $130M Managed Care Company he successfully completed financial turnaround. As a change agent this was accomplished through improving the culture from that of low performance and expectations to high performance and acceptance by the employees and other stakeholders of the senior management team. Achieved status as the 25th fastest growing managed care company in the country. As a Senior executive and profit & loss leader for a national business process outsourcing/information technology vendor, he grew the business by 70%, booking over $270M in annual revenue and exceeded sales quota by150%. As an Executive for a regional physician/hospital organization, he represented $400M in annual revenue and completed a successful operational turnaround during a two year period by bringing the physician, hospital and employee leadership together in support of common and identifiable objectives. As a profit & loss leader for an international IT/operational consulting vendor, he grew the business by 80% and established a sales pipeline of $300M.
