As an Executive for a regional physician/hospital organization, he represented $400M in annual revenue and completed a successful operational turnaround during a two year period by bringing the physician, hospital and employee leadership together in support of common and identifiable objectives. As a profit & loss leader for an international IT/operational consulting vendor, he grew the business by 80% and established a sales pipeline of $300M.
