Job Roles / Responsibilities :
- Partners with operational areas to translate high level business requirements into detailed business/process functional specification in order to implement a technological solution.
- May also perform system configuration of moderate complexity, system testing, end user training, and end user support for the processes after implementation.
- Generally work is self directed and not prescribed. Works with less structured, more complex issues. Serves as a resource to others.
