Must Have Skills : Hands on experience working as Enterprise Portal Architect

Technical Architect (experience with architecture, design, development, global deployment, high availability, disaster recovery, performance, sizing etc)
Self motivate-individual capable of driving assignments and working with cross-functional teams
5 Years as an Architect
3 Years experience with IBM WebSphere Portal including WCM, QuickR, and OmniFind
Good Negotiation, Influencing, and Communication Skills – both oral and written
1-2 Years experience with IBM Connections
Experience in designing and developing collaboration with Lotus Connections
Experience in providing architecture oversight for deploying Lotus Connections
