ENTERPRISE TRANSFORMATION SERVICES

Client, a leading multinational Information Technology and related services is looking for Transformation Partners in Sales and Solutioning. In its continuing journey of Transformation to extend its leadership in the market space CLIENT has launched Enterprise Transformation Services. This is an important initiative, which will enable CLIENT to grow strongly in our chosen verticals and market space. ETS offers a set of Premium Services which will help to create Transformational Value to our customers. The group focuses its efforts to study, analyze and come up with Services to Existing as well as New Customers.

CLIENT’s Transformation Services landscape includes Business Transformation Services, Technology Transformation Services, Application transformation Services and Data Transformation Services. These encompass diverse offerings like BPR, Regulatory Compliance (SOX, MiFID etc.), SCM, CRM, IT Strategy Consulting, IT Governance, Quality & Process Consulting, Infrastructure Consulting, Model Based Legacy Migration, APO, APM, Platform Strategy, Data warehousing Consulting Services, Master Data Management, and Data Analytics Services etc.

ETS has the mission to contribute at least 10% of CLIENT revenues by 2010. ETS’s offerings are today targeted to organizations in verticals like Financial Services, Retail, Hi Tech., Manufacturing, Life Sciences etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Engagement

  • Develop and manage relationships with senior business executives and operating managers to strengthen the company’s position within a given account and/or expand the company’s presence into new areas of the client organization
  • Work closely with clients’ executives, solutions development consultants, sales and engagement teams to identify business development opportunities. Assess existing client business needs and leverage own industry network.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise in business development pursuits as support to sales and account teams by conducting research, analysis, document preparation and making presentations.
  • We are looking for SMEs in Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Insurance & Financial Services, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences etc.
  • Ensure commitments to the client are met and issues or risks to meeting those commitments are resolved
  • Carry Sales Targets

• Practice Development

  • Stay current on industry trends and issues in which he/she is a Subject Matter Expert and coordinate with management team to participate in forums for knowledge acquisition and business development
  • Develop and present knowledge assets in industry journals, published papers and speaking forums.

THE CANDIDATE

  • 10 – 15 years experience with a consulting organization/ consulting arm of large IT services organization
  • Education: BS, or MS/MBA from a marquee university eg, B.Tech. from IIT’s, Degrees from IIM’s, Stanford, Harvard, Chicago, Northwestern, MIT, Wharton, Univ of Michigan Ann Arbor, UC Berkeley, UCLA, CalTech, etc.
  • Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the Service Offering Areas of CLIENT Enterprise Transformation Services. Targeted verticals are Life Sciences, Government, HiTech & Mfg, and BFSI. Preferred disciplines include, Process Consulting, Supply Chains Management, CRM, Finance & Accounting, Business of IT.
  • Combination of significant business operations experience in relevant areas with exposure to IT in the area of expertise
  • Ability to do strategic visioning around business improvement initiatives and drive measurable solution definition for the same
  • Experience in business development and/or solutions selling will be preferred
  • Presentation Skills
  • Strategic Thinking, with ability to map details to strategy
