Key responsibilities include :
- Provide leadership in developing the financial practice for customers in the target market
- Work with client partners and account managers to develop leads and sell projects
- Develop staff core consulting skills and financial knowledge
- Contribute to the development of white papers and marketing collateral
- Leading key client executive interviews, typically CFO’s and other C level executives
- Organizing and overseeing multiple projects
- Provide subject matter expertise and experience including process re-engineering, including best practices, designing and implementing shared services, and implementing financial systems in the target industries
- Facilitate issue resolution and escalation
- Managing key client and vendor relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Significant experience (8+ years) in systems implementation preferably in a consulting firm
- 3+ years experience with information services, media or entertainment financials, such as royalties, film accounting, production accounting and/or planning and budgeting
- Additional experience with rights management and contracts would be a plus
- Systems design and functional requirements gathering experience
- Significant experience in project leadership, project management, and budgeting
- Exposure to systems development methodology best practices
- Strong analytical skills and effective problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong client presence
- Work well with teams or in a team environment
- Dynamic entrepreneurial spirit
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Financial re-engineering and financial system implementation experience
- Accounting degree and/or C.P.A.
