Job Overview

This position is responsible for the leadership in a product, functional, category, or solution set. The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughtout the product lifecycle, including; gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, development, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

  • Gather market and competitive analysis for input into product definition
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Program manage cross functional activities for the product.
  • Deliver PRSS with prioritized features anad corresponding justification .
  • continued development and product enhancement.
  • work withbusiness development and external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
  • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Proactive improvement in sales of the products
  • Demonstrated success defining and lunching excellent products
  • Perform product demos to customers
  • Deliver a monthly revenue forecast.
  • Develop sales tools, collateral, training tools, white papers, and competitve intelligne.
  • Breif and train the sales forer as necessary to support sales
  • Breif press and analysis and go on press tours

Key Responsiblilities

  • Recognized technical though-leader for the product(s) or product family.
  • conduct market research, technology assessment and competitive analysis for the products or product family.
  • Size the market, gather and analyze product performance, operational metrics, and win/loss analysis for the products or product family.
  • Develop a business case , pricing strategy buy/build/partner strategy for the products or product family.
  • Develop market requirement, roadmap,user personas, and release milestones for the products or product family.

  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of products, competitive offerings, and market drivers.
  • Creation of quality, easy to understand papers and presentations.
  • Strong PowerPointSkills.
