Job Responsibilities
- Lead/anchor HROCM work stream with global sourcing pursuit, solution and transition teams.
- Manage the identification, integration and transition of transferred employee’s into the organization from both client and other vendor environments.
- Manage compensation and benefits analysis to support the absorption of transferred employees into the company's organization.
- Provide oversight for the delivery of on-site orientation and training programs ( company's Academy ) for newly acquired employees.
- Conduct due diligence activities to gather information and confirm HR, change management and other people and organization transformation needs.
- Identify clients people and organizational needs and design HR and organization transformation strategies/activities in support of large scale global sourcing programs.
- Prepare HR and organization transformation written responses to help differentiate company's from competitors and to create "best and final offer" documents.

- Transferred Employee Orientation Programs
- Compensation and Benefits Analysis
- Employee Transfer Approvals
- Transformation and Change Management Planning
- Organizational Readiness Assessments
- Attrition Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Employee Competency/Skills Assessment and Training Planning
- Designing Retained Organization Structures
- Stakeholder Analysis and Program Communications Planning
- Global Delivery Model and Cross-cultural Collaboration Programs
- Establish and manage client relationships with senior management and other key decision-makers to provide business value, differentiate Infosys from the competition and build a "trusted advisor" relationship.
- Establish and manage internal relationships with IBU/HBU leadership and pursuit leads to foster integration efforts and to better understand IBU/HBU-specific needs
- Contribute to thought leadership and solutioning in area(s) of expertise and benchmarking activities.
Experience, competency and skill requirements
- 10+ years experience as a Senior HR Practioner or consultant designing, implementing and managing HR and OCM programs / projects.
- 3+ years experience implementing global HR and OCM programs, preferably in a sourcing and/or acquisition integration environment.
- Experience in IT (e.g., ADM, infrastructure etc) and business process outsourcing.
- Skills/experience in consultative selling showcasing the ability to take into account the unique nature of the client's industry and operating environment.
- Client relationship management skills across all levels of client organization, especially at the senior executive level.
- Strong Project Management expertise
- Skills in cross-cultural collaboration and working with diverse business teams
- Strong Oral and written presentation/communication skills
- Ability to travel 50% or more.
