Must Have Skills:
The most importantantly the candidate must be s a senior level resource with manufacturing domain understanding as they will need to interface with the business as well as infrastructure and development teams. The resource must have excellent communication skills as he will rely heavily on them in this area.  

  • Hands on experience in Solution Architecture. Able to bring Best practices to the table. Able to deliver project with All deliverables fitting into an Agile Business rule development.
  • 2. Good knowledge in Manufacturing Domain.
  • 3. Rich experience in Business process modeling (UML modeling) and able to extract Rules.
  • 4. Good Hands on experience in IBM ILOG Jrules
    • Rule Studio (RS) : Help setup project structure
    • Rule Team server (RTS) : Help setup Governance
    • Rule Execution Server (RES)
    • Decision Validation Services (DVS)
    • Scenario Service Provider (SSP) : Able to setup Test scenarios and transfer knowledge to business domain users
  • 5. Good knowledge in WebSphere Administration and Rule Execution server configuration.
  • 6. Rich experience with Java, J2EE and web technologies.
  • 7. Knowledge on at least one SOA / web services technologies.
  • 8. Knowledge in XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP
  • 9. Very good Knowledge of data maps/integration objects/workflows etc.
  • 10.   Good communication and mentoring skills
  • 11.   Excellent analytical and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task (e.g., handle multiple projects at once).
