Desired Qualifications:

Must have experience in Institutional, Retail or Prime brokerage industry either through carrying out large consulting engagements or through execution of large programs at an Investment Bank. Candidate should have practical expert level consulting and/or implementation in one or more of the following areas:

Front Office – research and analytics, order management, client management and reporting, client and exchange connectivity, valuation

Back Office – post trade processing such as match and confirmation/affirmation process, settlement processing, margin and collateral management, market data, reference data and reconciliation

Middle Office – position keeping and consolidation, P&L reporting, control reporting, risk management in areas such as credit, market, liquidity and operational risk, limits and exposure monitoring

Compliance – Regulatory reporting, pre and post trade compliance, and the regulatory requirements for different geographies

  1. Minimum of 15-18 years combined consulting, business development, technology management, and/or software services experience in capital markets 
  2. Extensive large/complex consulting engagement experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
  3. Strong understanding of business processes and domain models. Familiarity with business process modeling tools a plus
  4. Up to date awareness of the COTS product landscape in domain area a must
  5. Must have some experience working with Investment Banks
  6. Should have experience across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives
