Technical Skills
 

• Hands on development skills in all tiers of application – UI, Services, Data and Integration
• Development of PoCs and presenting alternative solutions.
• Designed and built ETL procedures like Bulk Loaders and data transformation layers
• Designed and build core business logic in developing rules engines and scoring engines
• Designed and built concurrent, high throughput web services
• Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts with a flair to manage basic database tables design
• Ability to design solutions that will build atop existing components and within the constraints specified by the project and Architecture
• Knowledge ofGoF, Architectural and SOA Design patterns
• Knowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end process execution
• Knowledge of Clustering, Load Balancing and Failover management in a gracefully degradable manner
• Knowledge of Web Services Interoperability, WS-* standards
• Experienced in Architecture governance processes and conducting Architecture reviews and evaluations

 
Team Skills
 

• Ability to work in a highly motivated cross functional team comprising of Sales, Product and Technology team members in an agile and collaborative manner
• Self directed and capable of working in a dynamic and adhoc environment
• Coordinate with other project teams and team members

Design and Documentation

• Ability to communicate using UML design using Visio
• Ability to create SAD, SDD, HLD, LLD etc
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation for Service specifications, service definitions, and service contracts
