RESPONSIBILITIES :
LEAD CONSULTANT
- Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in customer discussions, gets further data from customer if required, assist team members, reviews their work and provides solutions to articulate problem statement
- Reviews the proposal prepared by consultants, provides assistance and guidance to deliver the proposals by analyzing the solution defined with a view to proactively identify risks, identify scope ad estimate for the engagement, review the solution
- Lead a team of consultants in understanding as is business process, pain areas of customer, perform high level fit-gap analysis, process changes, benchmarking, assist consultants in resolving complex requirements
- Lead a team of consultants in coming out with solution alternatives and takes the recommended solution alternatives to the customer, reviews solution options suggested by team and suggest improvements
- Guide and lead the team in configuring the application in line with the design documents, plan the activities of configuration and development with the PM, work with product vendors to resolve product issues
- Understand customer deployment process, review or develop deployment plan, in large projects, review test plans, cases and execution reports
- Identifies the change management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms
- Perform portfolio analysis, analyze transition needs, analyze transition timelines
- Work with customer to build knowledge repository, resolve escalated issues, perform project management activities
- Monitor progress as planned, track profitability of engagement, plan corrective actions when necessary, drive cost optimization the engagement visa resource mix, automation tools etc
- Develop & publish leading view points, thought leadership activities, generate new leads due to his connects , works closely with CSG team to create joint plans for penetration in specific verticals, domains
- Anchor end-to-end consulting proposal, lead proposal building
- Perform research on market movement and propose new solutions
SKILLS:
Candidate should have experience in the above responsible activities, while developing real world solutions in one of the following areas
1) Digital Online Solutions such as portals (for customer, employee & partner), collaboration solution, B2C and B2B ecommerce, Digital Marketing solutions
2) Enterprise Content Management solutions such as Document Management, Digital Asset Management, Record Management, Digitization & Scanning, Document Generation, eDiscovery Solutions
Candidates should have functional experience with solutions developed with in any one or more of the following technology products (hands on technology design and development experience is not expected):
