Compensation : BASE: $105K - $155K + Bonus: 25% to 30%

Location :NYC, Chicago, or Dallas (or major metro in east coast/mid-west)
Travel: 50%
Role/Reponsibilities:
- Lead client engagements (working closely with offshore associates and analysts) related to the Business Consulting organization, focusing on management consulting assignment (offshoring strategy, IT strategy/organization, governance, business strategy, portfolio analysis, technology rationalization, organizational change management)
- Mentor junior team members and foster their development
- Serve as key contact point for clients on assignments
- Develop project proposals
- Ensure quality control in engagement delivery
- Help generate new practice collateral and knowledge contributions (external articles, speeches)
Ideal Profile:
Successful senior associate/engagement manager from top tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Booz-Allen, Accenture, KPMG) with deep experience in serving IT organizations. Must have strong communication skills and project management skills.
Vertical industry spike desirable (financial services, healthcare or manufacturing). Must be comfortable in dealing with CIOs, business unit heads and other leaders. Self-reliant and able to work comfortably across time zones and cultures. Must be willing to travel 50%.
Remuneration will consist of three components:
(i) Base Salary
(ii) Performance bonus - An amount that is dependent upon both company performance, practice performance as well as personal performance- that will likely range between 25% and 30% of base salary, to be awarded every December
