Job Description :
- Should already be holding a practice management role in another organization
- Should have done Presales and Sales work – with strong track record of sales target achievement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Manufacturing , SCM markets
- Should have broad range of experience in Oracle e-business implementation /Program Management/ Project Management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, pre-sales, business development and marketing activities in taking e-business Solution/Services/Software to market in the Healthcare industry
- Understanding of Transformation services such as Legacy Modernization leveraging ERP solutions, Cloud/Next Generation solutions such as Digital Marketing, Social Media, Web 2.0 etc in conjunction with ERP
- Coming from a leading local e-Business or Tier 1/Tier 2 global IT services companies
- Knowledge of off shoring and Indian SI companies and Understanding of Global delivery models
- Should have understanding of onsite offshore working and delivery model
- Should have Strong delivery background – Hands on consulting, Project Management and program Management before getting in Presales and Sales
Job Roles / Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales and revenue targets for ERP Sales in a Geo or a set of accounts.
- Effectively position/sell solutions/services
- Engage in consultative selling, ability to convert business challenges into IT enablement solutions
- Ability to manage CXO level relationship, strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills
- Required to support sales team and account managers in presentation, RFI & RFP responses
- Work effectively with offshore based pre-sales team in shaping consulting, RFP/RFI responses, solutions and presentations
- Lead generation working with alliances, marketing and thru professional network
- Scoping of assignments/engagement
- Leverage alliances, develop GTM plans for Manufacturing accounts from ERP Business
- Drive to go the extra mile
