Responsibilities : Practice Lead/Senior Practice Lead
- Responsible for interacting with client/on-site team to understand clients' business problems, defining, executing and delivering the analytical solution to business problems
- Solve business problems with quantitative analysis, generate insights based on reports & analysis, translate statistical/mathematical results into business recommendations
- Carries out all aspects of project management including work planning, estimation, scope refinement, quality and delivery for multiple projects and clients
Principal
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients
- Apply consulting/ relationship management skills while partnering with clients
- Deep appreciation of statistical and IT tools, statistical techniques, domain and leverage prior work experience to create innovative solution offerings
- Ability to build & manage good relationships with clients"
Technical Skills Required
- "DOMAIN: Data Reporting & Analysis.
- Experience in one of the industry verticals: Banking (Credit Cards, Consumer & Commercial Banking) or Insurance (P&C, Healthcare, Auto)
MUST HAVE SKILLS :
- Understanding of SAS Base module
- Experience with SQL Querying experience on Oracle or Teradata database platform
- Good knowledge of Excel, Advanced Excel, Visual Basic Macros
- GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:
- SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner (Eminer), SPSS
- Web Analytics: Omniture SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, Google Analytics
- Analyzing Market research data
BUSINESS FUNCTION SKILLS
Experience and successful track record of delivering solutions in support of business objectives in the following business functions: CRM Analytics, Risk Analytics (especially Fraud), Marketing, Campaign Operations Analytics"
Behavioral Skills Required
Self-motivated, desire to assume leadership role and strong team player; Experience interacting with senior management/CXOs on strategy and planning; strong people management skills as well as operate in consulting/project execution mode
