Brief Description of Hiring Business Unit:
Infrastructure is beginning to play an integral part in delivering an agile and flexible end-to-end business service. The ability to manage the underlying Infrastructure components is becoming increasingly complex due to the speed of technological innovation. The need for agility and flexibility to gain competitive advantage has created an imperative for enterprises to look at strategic differentiation using newer models, such as Modular Global Sourcing, for delivering services.
We provide end-to-end services across all IT Infrastructure service domains, through a continuous life cycle of "Plan, Design, Implement/ Migrate and Manage". We are able to deliver these services to clients in the most consistent, predictable and cost-effective manner, leveraging its Global Delivery Model.
Job Responsibilities
- Driving the business transformation intiaitive to address customer specific /business issues
- Interfacing with the C - level executives across the company to understand and make recommendations on the transformation ideas
- Must be comfortable in interact with mutiple stakeholders including in a large program setting
- Driving a delivery team in an outsourced model on transformational ideas , business /technology alignment projects
- Should have driven large transformation projects in past preferably in Telecom Service provider in enterprise markets
- Articulation of the benefits of transformation across the stakeholders in the program
Technical Skills required
- Deep exposure to business and technical problems in different domains of the telecom service provider domain
- Strong consulting skills and ability to drive a big picture and interact with C- level and senior personnel in the company
- Strong change management , project management and negotiation skills to drive change in the organisation/function
- Must have played senior leadership roles in consulting or program management
- Excellent problem solving skills
Behavioral Skills required
- Very good communication skills - both written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and oral, and ability to interact with internal / external multiple stake holders
- 15+ years operations/ IT consulting experience in leading organizations, prior experience in executing Business transformation would be an added advantage
- BE / MBA degree from a reputed institute with excellent academics, consulting experience is a MUST
Expected Experience Range: Minimum 13 years
