Must Have Skills :

• Experience in implementation of MDM(Master Data Management)
• Should have knowledge of Netweaver
• Must have good understanding of Master Data Management architectures, business processes and data integration methodologies
•  
•  Must have Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation experience with atleast one of the MDM vendor tools 
•  Must have directly interfaced with customer in atleast two engagements for MDM requirements and/or for MDM assessement
•  Must have hands-on experience with atleast one of the MDM tools

• Will be responsible for the design, structure, organization, and maintenance of data for MDM implementation.
• Conceptual & Logical Data Modeling
• Modeling experience as part of a MDM solution is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Siebel UCM would be highly desirable.
• Experience in designing Databases, Data Warehouses and Multidimensional Databases.
• Knowledge of industry and customer's data standards and architectures
• Thorough knowledge of design and integration principles for complex, heterogeneous databases
• Strong interpersonal skills to resolve problems in a professional manner, lead working groups, negotiate and create consensus

• Should have knowledge of complete SDLC
• System Analysis & Design
• Strong DataWarehousing implementation experience
• Data Modeling experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle 8i/9i
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal / communication skills
• Client Management
• Experience in leading a team of ETL developers
• Experience in co-ordinating with offshore on development / maintenance projects

Desired Skills :

• 6-8 yrs experience in managing projects on any of the DW tools -Experience in implementation of SAP MDM, Informatica Powercenter 7.x , Business Objects, Datastage, Hyperion ESSBase, SAS, Teradata etc.
• Strong Oracle 8i/9i RDBMS, PLSQL, knowledge
• Knowledge of Unix, optional
• Certification on any of these tools

Responsibilities :

• Manage medium to large teams
• Plan and allocate human resources and monitor utilization for his / her group of projects
• PMI certified, preferable. Has handled T&M as well as FPP projects.
• Has people responsibilities ((performance appraisals, productivity improvement, punctuality and discipline, talent retention, career planning & development). Acts as a mentor & coach to PE/Team members

Education: Degree educated in a computing, engineering or scientific discipline
