PROJECT MANAGER – (Portal Content Commerce)

Travel  : 80% or willing to relocate

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in/Lead the proposal preparation, prepare and review estimations, liaison for required approvals and take bottom-line for response delivery
  • Lead project scoping and estimation activities
  • Prepare resource plan and lease with required groups to fulfill project resource requirements
  • Prepare detailed project schedule, baseline the same and manage any changes
  • Create risk management and quality plan for the project
  • Allocate work, track the project scope, schedule, quality, risk, resource requirements, and financials on a periodic basis, take corrective measures and communicate to all stakeholders as per communication plan. Schedule, monitor, review and control all the project phases in their entirety
  • Allocate activities to right people, plan for and mentor the team in competency development of team, implement performance management as per organizational guidelines, team building, compliance to company HR processes
  • Build formal and informal customer relationships at the project level by engaging them regularly and be the single point of contact to the customer on project related activities

  1. Digital Online Solutions such as portals (for customer, employee & partner), collaboration solution, B2C and B2B ecommerce, Digital Marketing solutions
  2. Enterprise Content Management solutions such as Document Management, Digital Asset Management, Record Management, Digitization & Scanning, Document Generation, eDiscovery  Solutions
