Key responsibilities include :

• Providing quality analysis and leadership for royalty selection and implementation projects
• Organizing and overseeing multi-person teams
• Managing project financials
• Facilitating issue resolution and escalation
• Managing client and vendor relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Significant experience (6+ years) in systems implementation preferably in a consulting firm
• 3+ years experience with royalties preferably in publishing or music industry
• Additional experience with rights management and contracts would be a plus
• Systems design and functional requirements gathering experience
• Significant experience in project leadership, project management, and budgeting
• Exposure to systems development methodology best practices
• Strong analytical skills and effective problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong client presence
• Work well with teams or in a team environment
• Dynamic entrepreneurial spirit

Desired Skills and Experience :

• Royalty system implementation experience
• Accounting degree and/or C.P.A. would be a plus
