Compensation: BASE: $130K + 2% of revenue as commission

Location: OPEN ( Preferred Chicago )
These individuals can be located at any of our offices in N. America & must have a total appreciation of the U.S. markets for their respective market space. As you can probably sense from the descriptions below, we are looking for very experienced “rain maker” types in the Retail and Travel and Logistic industries.
Travel and Logistics
- Travel and Logistics focus . Someone with strong experience in trucking, railroads, logistics
OR
RETAIL
- More than 12 years of total sales experience
- At least 8 years of experience selling retail customers with strong references from large retailers
- High energy, aggressive, self-motivated individual, with proven record of major sales, capable of helping Patni build a significant presence in the retail space
- Has significant “presence” in front of others, with strong leadership qualities
- Understands all aspects of retail operations, such as in-store, back office, operational aspects of retailing, and BPO, with a keen business mind as well as a technological one
- In depth understanding of and experience selling global delivery of IT solutions
- Proven ability to sell large scale technology solutions to major retailers
- Ability to sell to and maintain strong relationships with C-level retail executives
- Ability to create detailed sales strategies and associated tactical plans needed to significantly expand Patni’s retail presence
- Willingness to personally work on 6 to 8 key target accounts with associated quota
- Willingness to support the sales efforts of other Growth Industry BDMs selling to retailers
- Can preferably bring key relationships with him/her
- Willing to travel extensively
OR
HOSPITALITY
- More than 12 years of total sales experience
- At least 8 years of experience selling in the Hospitality space, i.e., Hotels, Theme Parks, Casinos
- High energy, aggressive, self-motivated individual, with proven record of major sales, capable of helping Patni build a significant presence in the hospitality space
- Has significant “presence” in front of others, with strong leadership qualities
- Understands all aspects of hospitality operations, such as CRM, back office, operational aspects of hospitality, and BPO
- Keen business mind and technically well grounded
- In depth understanding of and experience selling global delivery of IT solutions
- Proven ability to sell large scale technology solutions to hospitality customers
- Ability to sell to and maintain strong relationships with C-level retail executives
- Willingness to personally work on 6 to 8 key target accounts with associated quota
- Willingness to support the sales efforts of other GI BDMs selling into hospitality organizations
- Can preferably bring key relationships with him/her
- Willing to travel extensively
