Location : Cleveland, OH
Project Details : Implementation of Functional Requirements and Content Migration in SDL Tridion environment for a website. The first project will deal with brand new content followed by a couple of new portals requiring content conversion.
Desired Skills: J2EE & JSP (IHS, WAS)
Must Have Skills : SDL Tridion; Microsoft .NET (C#); SDL Tridion .NET & Dreamweaver
Job Roles / Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate should have:
- a proven track record with SDL Tridion in large corporate environments delivering content to a large user base, using SDL Tridion best practices
- 7-8+ years of development experience
- 3-4+ years of hands-on experience as Senior Developer, Technical Lead or Architect for SDL Tridion projects
- knowledge and experience of developing for Microsoft .NET (C#), including patterns and best practices
- knowledge and experience of developing for the following SDL Tridion components: .Component & Page Templates (.NET Compound Templates, XSLT, Dreamweaver, Template Building Blocks); SiteEdit; Workflow; Event System; Content Broker
- strong knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT and JSP
- excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- experience in mentoring more junior / less experienced SDL Tridion developers
- experience in communicating with business users to educate around product capabilities and determine requirements
- a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Design, development and unit test SDL Tridion requirements
- Mentor the client development team on SDL Tridion
Strive to grow the team and help key onboard more resources in the group by taking up more websites / intranet sites in the portfolio
