We are recruiting highly motivated and accomplished individuals who have worked in healthcare Payer IT and consulting specially on Care/Wellness Management area. Candidates wanting to carve a niche for them in the booming healthcare IT space are an important asset for our business.
We are currently looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for healthcare Payer industry team who will be responsible for engaging with the clients along with sales team and bring in the domain perspective on Care/Wellness Management area. The role will closely work with Payer Industry team, and will also support presales and practice creation efforts in Payer industry space. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting roles in healthcare space, esp. in Payer industry and will have extensive exposure to Payer clients in his/her earlier roles. The role is expected to lead the discussions with the clients, conduct due diligence, present industry solutions to clients and to interface onsite alliance discussions and GTM.
The role will be based out of USA and would be expected to travel across US, Canada and offshore delivery centers per the business needs.
Must Have Skills :
- Experience of 12+ years in healthcare Payer industry. This will be along with a demonstrable record of working in a consultative role at a strategic level.
- Experience on Care/Wellness Management initiatives, Disease Mgmt programs, Building Mobile based Care programs etc added plus
- Evidence of having a leadership role within client projects in Healthcare Payer space is essential, in conjunction with thorough exposure to Client interfacing, Practice creation, Solution building, Client solutioning and Alliance management.
- Experience of pre and post sales as domain lead/consultant
- Experience in having worked with combination of clients, advisors, partners, onsite and offshore and shared services.
- Experience of leading discussions with multiple clients, building business cases, qualifying solutions and presenting them. Experience in due diligence and a good understanding of various commercial models.
Experience on one or more of Care applications/Products from Ingenix, HEalthDialog, Health Media etc an added plus
Job Roles/ Responsibilities :
- The SME will be expected to engage with clients at CXO level to appreciate and understand key client needs and accordingly create and pitch value propositions to address these;
- He/she will be seen as the domain / content expert within the healthcare Payer market and is expected to demonstrate Thought Leadership in this space and also build long-lasting relationships.
- He/she will play active role in developing solutions/frameworks for industry pain-points and developing trends in the space of healthcare Payer; SME will help drive the GTM for the solutions.
- Create focused Campaigns, Mailers/ Flyers for Domain Competency Area/Strategic Imitative Identified
- Pro-active discussions with Customer to solve business problems and proactively present solutions
- He/she will work closely with the sales/account teams to support opportunities in Care Management space for the Americas business
- He/she will work closely with Client Solutions, Transition and Finance teams to craft and pitch propositions to clients
- He/She will be expected to support onsite alliance discussions and GTMs for the joint solutions
Drive point of view on topical subjects through contribution and authoring of thought leadership/white papers, blogs etc.
Educational Qualifications :
- Minimum: Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering or Sciences.
- Preferred: Advanced Degree and / or MBA.
