Must Have Skills :  

1. Sound understanding of DS lifecycle and solution architecture required
2. Experience in defining solution architecture standards and best practices in DS environment required
3. Extensive requirements analysis, source system analysis and data analysis experience in data warehouse projects required
4. Data modelling experience required
5. ETL and reporting architecture definition and design experience required
6. Experience with DS projects required
7. Minimum 8 years of experience in data warehouse projects required
8. BFSI experience preferred
9. Experience of working in onsite offshore model preferred
10. Excellent communication skills required

Job Roles/ Responsibilities

1. Define architecture standards and best practices
2. Define solution road map and approach
3. Conduct requirements analysis and data analysis
4. Do data modelling based on industry model standards and prepare source to target data mapping
5. Preparation and review of DS architecture and high level design
6. Guide a team of technical leads, designers and developers who will participate in design and analysis activities
7. Review code and specs prepared by team
8. Support development, testing and deployment activities from architect standpoint
   

Program :

The program involves end to end DS application development across multiple projects in an Enterprise Warehouse environment for a major insurance company.
