Must Have Skills :
- Technical Architect (experience with architecture, design, development, global deployment, high availability, disaster recovery, performance, sizing etc)
- Self motivated-individual capable of driving assignments and working with cross-functional teams
- 5 Years as an Architect
- 3 Years experience with IBM WebSphere Portal including WCM, QuickR, and OmniFind
- Good Negotiation, Influencing, and Communication Skills – both oral and written
- 1-2 Years experience with IBM Connections
- Experience in designing and developing collaboration with Lotus Connections
- Experience in providing architecture oversight for deploying Lotus Connections
Job Roles / Responsibilities :
- 70% EA work for IBM WebSphere Portal migration
- 30% EA work for the IBM Lotus Notes collaboration
- Act as the Enterprise Architect/Technical Architect for the program – ensure alignment to standards, deliver patterns, ensure feasibility of the architecture
- Position will be based out of the Plano, TX location
