One of the leading global Technology and IT services company with annual revenues of over US$4 billion is looking for Vice President with IT services outsourcing/Offshoring background. It has integrated offerings across software- led IT solutions, BPO and Remote Infrastructure Management services. Its range of offerings spans Product Engineering, Technology and Application Services, IT Hardware, Systems Integration, and distribution of technology and telecom products, along with BPO, Infrastructure Services. The team comprises 30,000 professionals of diverse nationalities, who operate from 15 countries.
Job Description/ Responsibility:
Spearhead the sales for IT Service Management & Operations Outsourcing initiative, and key responsibilities include:
- Build & Deliver the Revenue Plan for the Geography/ Vertical/ Segment
- Build & Manage the Direct Sales & Business Development Organization
- Work in close synchronization with the internal practice teams - Managed Services/ Delivery in the defining of the market requirement and go-to-market strategy
- Build & Develop indirect Sales Channel/ Alliances
- Exploit existing network/ relationship to network & create lasting relationships with Clients
- Position will carry direct Sales Quota
Key Requirements:
Professional Experience/ Traits::
- Minimum of 12 – 14 years of selling complex IT services in the US.
- Demonstrated performance in Complex Solution/ IT Service Sales to Fortune clients
- Should have had a Fast Track growth path right through the career
- History of high sales achievement (consistently over 100% quota-verifiable).
- Strong Techno-Commercial/ Business Orientation and Cost Sensitive
- Financial management experience: estimating, budgeting, pricing, risk assessment
- Solid Network & Relationship at CxO level and SBU heads
- Strong Leadership/ Team Building/ Decision Making skills with ability to interface with customers, engineers and management
- Open to Intensive Travel
- Experience in helping clients to identify, evaluate, and implement IT outsourcing
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment
- Hard-working, detailed, quality and deliverable-oriented
- Strong, referenceable track record with customers, channels and employers.
- Experience with both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Compelling, powerful references.
- Charismatic leader, solid 'team player'.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Excellent presentation and proposal/RFP skills
Desirable:
- Experience in Sales/ Business Development of Managed Services or Infrastructure Operations & Management Outsourcing
- Knowledge of the corporate sector, including business strategy, procurement, pricing, competitor analysis, and make-or-buy decision-making methods related to Operations Outsourcing services and the Enterprise Network Systems Management Space
