Desired Skills : WESB/WTX

Design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document Java/J2EE based Web applications Demonstrate knowledge/experience of IBM's WTX technology implementation in WESB/WPS. Healthcare implementations preferred

  • Design/develop/deploy reusable middleware services/components.
  • Adhere to architecture standards, mentor team members, perform code reviews and assure quality of the code delivered, and best practice development
  • Utilize design patterns, such as parallel processing, dependency management, rollback concepts, transaction management, retries and alerting.
  • Contribute to design discussions, and perform code reviews.
  • Assist the team in supporting the application in QA and production environments.
  • Min 7years of application architecture and design experience
  • Min 7 years of programming and design experience utilizing JAVA/J2EE technologies, Websphere technology preferred Min 7 years working experience with application server technology Min 5 years experience of enterprise level systems development with strong knowledge of industry standard interface protocols (i. e. SOAP, MQ, HTTP, EJB, etc.) Min 2 years of WTX experience utilizing JAVA/J2EE technologies and Websphere technology
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and HIPAA X12 standards preferred.
  • Exposure to other (non-IBM) application server and messaging platforms etc considered a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills
